Privacy policy

When you create an account we store your email address, an optional display name and an encrypted form of your password. When you buy an edition we store the edition purchased, the amount, the payment method used and the payment reference returned by our payment processor.

Your account details let you sign in and reach the editions you paid for. Purchase records confirm your access to an edition, support refunds and dispute handling, and let us keep accurate sales records. If you subscribe to our newsletter we use your email only to send notices about new editions.

Payments are authorised on SeevPlus's own secure payment screen. We never see or store your mobile money PIN, wallet credentials or full card details, only the reference and result the processor sends back to us.

We do not sell your personal information. We share only the minimum necessary with the providers that run this service for us: our hosting and database provider, and the mobile money network that processes your payment. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Access to your data is restricted per account, so no reader can see another reader's library or payment records. We keep purchase records for as long as required for accounting and dispute purposes, and account data until you ask us to delete it.

You can ask us to correct or delete your account, unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, or request a copy of the data we hold about you. Contact us using the details on the contact page. Deleting your account also removes access to editions you have purchased.

We store a sign-in session on your device so you stay signed in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

If this policy changes we will update this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
